  • Pizza: wine simple, young, white or red light.

  •  Salad with vinaigrette or balsamic. Or a simple salad. It is difficult paired with wine for acidity in the dressing makes the wine to be bland. But you can choose a white wine that is consumed acid before or after the salad.

Here are a few combinations for the holidays: 

  • Tray pork, juicy and tasty, served with boiled potatoes, make good pair with red wine, a velvety soft and average corpulence like some Merlot ((ex. Fautor, Purcari, Cricova, Carlevana, Chateau Vartely, Acorex Wine, Milestii Mici, Vinaria Tiganca), or Malbec (ex. Dionysos-Mereni).
