Obtained from grapes harvested by hand at the end of September, vinified using the traditional method. The maceration process is short, so that the color does not turn towards that of red wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°С – 16°С. Aged for 3 months in French oak barriques.

„Sălcuța Wine” is a family-owned winery. Its vineyards are located in the south-eastern part of Moldova, at an altitude of around 100 meters above sea level, benefiting from many sunny days and warm evenings. The soils are clay and sandy. The Sălcuța terroir cultivates both local grape varieties — Fetească Albă, Fetească Neagră, Viorica, Alb de Onițcani — and international varieties — Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The red, rosé, and white wines from Sălcuța stand out for their quality. Particularly notable is the rosé wine „Tămâioasă”, as well as the „Epizod” range, which has strong aging potential.
