An exquisite combination would be our blend and Ossobuco with vegetables. Ideal for pates and rietams. Another great pairing with our wine would be duck leg confit. And traditionally this is recommended for game dishes, lamb, aged Parmesan and cheddar cheeses, and Roquefort cheese.
