The wine is produced using classical technology. Long maceration-fermentation is carried out in stainless steel fermenters, with a temperature regulation of 24-28°С, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in barrels for 12 months.

„Sălcuța Wine” is a family-owned winery. Its vineyards are located in the south-eastern part of Moldova, at an altitude of around 100 meters above sea level, benefiting from many sunny days and warm evenings. The soils are clay and sandy. The Sălcuța terroir cultivates both local grape varieties — Fetească Albă, Fetească Neagră, Viorica, Alb de Onițcani — and international varieties — Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The red, rosé, and white wines from Sălcuța stand out for their quality. Particularly notable is the rosé wine „Tămâioasă”, as well as the „Epizod” range, which has strong aging potential.
