Through an in-depth understanding of geology, soils, exposure, and climate, each wine faithfully expresses the unique character of a single vineyard parcel. Saperavi Parcela reveals the intensity and depth of a terroir with a powerful identity. The bouquet offers rich aromas of blackcurrants and ripe plums, complemented by elegant spice notes and subtle nuances derived from oak ageing. The palate is full-bodied, well-structured, and persistent, supported by firm tannins and balanced acidity that provides freshness and harmony. Best served at 16–18°C (61–64°F).
