Te Wa Chardonnay with floral notes is the adventure you've been wanting for a long time, but lacked the courage. A breath of fresh air is sometimes all we need to be happy. For truly perfect complexity and nobility of taste, we carried out malolactic fermentation in the 2019 15% Chardonnay. This was followed by 5 months of ripening (“baking”) on a thin layer of fine yeast sediment (surli).
