Dry white wine, burning, but with dignity, fragrant. The wine is balanced, full, rich in tannins, and the aftertaste is sweet, with long notes of cedar, with notes of apple blossoms and vanilla, lightly flavored with delicate spices, restrained but very long. It goes well with rice cooked with seafood and vegetables, beef and sweet cucumber salad, mature cheeses and, of course, Mousse au Chocolat. Produced from hand-picked grapes, processed using traditional technology. Aged for 6 months in French oak barriques.
