Wine produced using the ancestral method:
Fermentation begins in the vessel and ends in the bottle, sealed with a “crown” stopper.

“Somma” is a small family project run by two brothers. The wine is produced from grapes grown in the vineyards of Ciumai village in southern Moldova. Varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot, and Muscat are cultivated here. The vines growing on these red soils are approximately 25 years old. “Somma” expresses wines with distinctive regional characteristics that influence their aroma and quality. The main principle of the winery is to produce wine with minimal intervention. The orange wine under the “Somma” brand is particularly interesting.
