CASTEL MIMI Sfăditele

A wine made from selected black and rare black Feteasca grape varieties, with an intense ruby ​​color, emitting a noble aromatic bouquet dominated by shades of cherry and black currant, imparting a taste of pomegranate and prunes, leading into the aftertaste. Long-lasting fruity taste highlighted by smoky notes and spicy tannins. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Culinary recommendations for combinations - dishes based on duck or beef in combination with stewed vegetables.
