CASTEL MIMI Rara Neagra

Hands on the hips is a symbol of feminine power and maternal authority, often encountered
on the traditional ways. Refers to the origin of the alternative name of the variety Rara Neagră,
popularly known as Băbeasca. Legend has it that this variety was named after him
even by Stephen the Great, after the ruler quenched his thirst with a fresh glass of wine
from an old woman's cellar.
A wine made from carefully selected grapes from the wine micro-zone
Speia, Codru region. Its appetizing ruby color and sublime aromatic bouquet
they evoke sensations of violets, bitter cherries and prunes. It stands out on the palette
a fruity character, with light body, dominated by velvety tannins, acidity
invigorating and pleasant minerality.
