The Madras collection wine is a white liqueur wine created from a combination of Rkațiteli, Aligote and Feteasca varieties from the 1990 harvest. The basis of the production of this wine is an original technology involving special methods of Madeiraization of raw wine, caramelization of sugar over an open fire, and other processes. The true amber color obtained due to the application of this technology is specific to this drink.
