Pinot Grigio is a wine characterized by bright aromas of honey, apple and orange zest. The wine has an amber color, full body, pleasant and soft tannins on the palate, which culminate in an aftertaste of hazelnuts combined with dried oranges.
Aging this wine in a concrete amphora gives it the light minerality characteristic of classic white wines.
It goes perfectly with an assortment of aged cheeses, prosciutto crudo, fish or seafood.
