Academia Viorica Orange was obtained following the technology of red wine production but using white grapes. The result speaks for itself - an intense gold wine with hints of amber and a stunning aroma of citrus, bergamot, candied fruit, apricot jam and jasmine. At the first glance, the taste is exuberantly juicy, yet tannic, which gradually evolves into a floral aftertaste with hints of honeysuckle.
Academia Viorica 2020 was produced in a very small quantity - 3250 bottles. A number worth a thousand words… The number 3 symbolizes creativity, passion and dedication and 250 is the number of bows that the creator makes in front of the vine for one year.
