Hîncești Winery is located in the Hîncești region, within the Codru wine zone in central Moldova. Situated in the heart of the country, the winery holds an important place in the history of national winemaking. The Hîncești wine facility was founded by the boyar Manuc Bey in the 19th century. After the Second World War, the first state enterprise for grape processing was established here. Thus, centuries-old traditions and technological secrets are preserved in this region to this day. The Hîncești region is characterized by excellent climatic conditions for wine production, especially white, dry, and sparkling wines.
