Novak is a new look at the traditional winemaking of the south region of Moldova, combining traditions and innovative technologies, the pursuit of high quality in each produced bottle. The wines produced by the winery are marked by a deep, intense taste and a rich bouquet in the best traditions of the Old World. Novak vineyards are located in the areas of Comrat, Tartaul and Chobalakchia, the Cantemir region. Here are present both classical varieties, as Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Malbec, and traditional varieties as Rara Neagra, Feteasca Regala and others. Also, we should mention the revival of some forgotten varieties like Alb de Onitcani and Floricica, the varieties which some experts considered lost in history.
