“Aurelius” is a young, innovative company with strong potential. The winery is located on picturesque hills among vineyards. The soils of the “Aurelius” terroir are ideal for varieties such as Sauvignon, Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Gris, Fetească Regală, Fetească Neagră, and Rară Neagră. Each parcel is carefully identified and cultivated. The grapes are processed using modern technologies designed to reduce herbicides and fertilizers, with greater emphasis on green vineyard work, allowing the vines to fully express the soil characteristics and sunlight energy. The winemaker began with sparkling wines and now experiments with still red and white wines. The wines are aged in French oak barrels. Both noble blends and single-varietal wines are produced here. Balanced and expressive, “Aurelius” wines have already gained recognition from oenologists and have won numerous international awards.
