Red dry wine, rich color. A complex bouquet with hints of blackcurrant, cherry, prunes, chocolate. The taste is well balanced, pleasant refreshing acidity and softness with nuances of oak, thanks to aging in barriques.

„Vinum” is a family-owned winery and, in a way, the continuation of a winemaking tradition brought by Bulgarian settlers, dating back around two hundred years. Grapes are hand-harvested, and minimal processing helps preserve their freshness, aroma, and taste, allowing them to be enjoyed by true wine connoisseurs. Both still and sparkling wines, made from indigenous and classic grape varieties, are produced in small batches. The winery’s wines have received numerous medals at prestigious exhibitions. The “Vinum Estate” and “Selection Vladlen Uzhakov” series are signature wines, distinguished by freshness and character.
