The Parcela Collection is the result of more than a decade of research into the Purcari terroir, paying tribute to the wine's origin. Through an in-depth understanding of geology, soils, exposure, and climate, each wine faithfully expresses the unique character of a single vineyard parcel. Shiraz Parcela reveals the vibrant and spicy personality of the Purcari terroir. The bouquet offers generous aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants, and ripe plums, complemented by notes of black pepper, cinnamon, and vanilla. Full-bodied and beautifully structured, the wine features firm tannins, a velvety texture, and a long, elegant, and persistent finish. Best served at 18–20°C (64–68°F). It pairs beautifully with beef steak, lamb, barbecue dishes, game, spicy beef ribs, aged cheeses, and dishes seasoned with black pepper, rosemary, and aromatic spices.
