On the palate — taut, refreshing acidity, a medium‑to‑full body and structured tannins that underline the variety’s power without heaviness. A clean, dry, spicy‑berry finish.Serve with charcoal‑grilled lamb, herb‑scented beef ragù, pilaf, roasted eggplant and aged semi‑hard cheeses.
