Novak is a family winery. The professional winemaker experiments with many
varieties. The terroir has classic varieties,
for example, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon,
Chardonnay, Malbec, and traditional Moldovan varieties, such as Rara Neagră, Feteasca Regală, etc. They give red, white,
rosé, orange and sparkling wines. These are
southern wines – rich and intense.
Separately, it is worth noting the revival at
the winery of such autochthonous varieties
as Alb de Onițcani, which were thought to
be extinct.
