The Parcela Collection is the result of more than a decade of research into the Purcari terroir, paying tribute to the wine's origin. Through an in-depth understanding of geology, soils, exposure, and climate, each wine faithfully expresses the unique character of a single vineyard parcel. Rară Neagră Parcela reveals the nobility of an iconic local grape variety and the personality of a terroir with marine origins. The bouquet reveals aromas of blackcurrants and blackberries, complemented by delicate notes of pepper, cloves, and violets. The palate is balanced and harmonious, with silky tannins and elegant freshness that highlight the authentic character of the variety. Best served at 16–18°C (61–64°F).
