The Parcela Collection is the result of more than a decade of research into the Purcari terroir, paying tribute to the wine's origin. Through an in-depth understanding of geology, soils, exposure, and climate, each wine faithfully expresses the unique character of a single vineyard parcel. Pinot Noir Parcela reflects the elegance of a rare and complex terroir. The bouquet reveals aromas of cherries, raspberries, and rose petals, complemented by subtle hints of spice and fine oak. The palate is delicate and harmonious, with silky tannins and refreshing acidity that enhance the purity and expression of the fruit. Best served at 18–20°C (64–68°F). It pairs beautifully with duck, salmon, tuna, delicate white meats, mushroom risotto, truffle pasta, soft cheeses, and dishes with light sauces and aromatic herbs.
