The Vineyard where King Cab comes from , is over 50 years old , located on the terraces of the height called by the locals "Lomakin Hill", represents a slope with southern exposure , on the right and steep bank of the Dniester, 60 km away from the Black Sea . For the harvest we chose a load of up to 5 tons per hectare , then followed the manual - selective picking in 10 kg boxes , with a subsequent refrigeration of the beans at 0C for 24 hours .
