Dry red wine. Color: ruby‑garnet. Aromas of ripe black cherry, dark plum and dark berries, joined by dried herbs and a hint of white pepper. We deliberately avoided oak to preserve the pure varietal character: on the palate — taut, refreshing acidity, medium body and finely tuned tannins that highlight the fruit core. Long, dry finish with a light mineral note.
Pairing — grilled veal, rosemary‑seasoned lamb, mushroom risotto and aged cheeses with an intense flavor.
