It is the blend of 2 local varieties Rara Neagră & Feteasca Neagră. It is a ruby red wine with purple reflections on the edges. The nose is rich in notes of berries and raisins followed by vanilla tones. The taste is complex and harmonious with the sensation of cherries and prunes and the aftertaste is tasty and persistent.
The wine was produced in a limited edition of 2700 bottles.
