A dry red wine produced from three grape varieties harvested in the southern region of Moldova, “Valul lui Traian.”
It is created through the blending of carefully selected wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Saperavi, displaying a deep dark purplish-red color.
This blend offers a rich bouquet of intense aromas of blackcurrants and dried plums, elegantly balanced by notes of toast and cocoa. Full-bodied and harmonious, the palate is dominated by black fruit flavors, with soft, well-integrated tannins. The finish is elegant and long-lasting. The wine is vinified in a New World style.
Food pairings: aged cheeses, game, red meat.
Serving temperature: 14–16 °C, with at least 15 minutes of aeration recommended.
