Mimi Castle is the first wine chateau in Moldova, founded by the governor of Bessarabia and an outstanding winemaker.
Nowadays, the winery is recreated by combining cultural heritage and modern architectural elements. Recognized as
one of the 15 most beautiful wineries in the world.
Castel Mimi produces a wide range of wines, including sparkling wines, since 2023. Roșu de Bulboaca wines are
especially famous, Orange wine is interesting.
Castel Mimi is one of the main tourist gems of Moldova. The chateau attracts tens of thousands of tourists every year.
