Asconi Winery combines the heritage of local traditions and modern Italian production technologies. It is one of the
largest family wineries in Moldova. The Asconi terroir is located in the vicinity of the winery located near Geamăna village. The foundation of Asconi wines is built on French varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. But we have also planted other varieties such as Riesling, Malbec, Pinot Noir and many more. Asconi produces white and red quiet wines, rosé, sparkling and dessert wines of more exclusive production. Red wines have a great potential for aging. White wines are light and typical of their varieties.In Asconi Winery, you can see the whole process of winemaking, as well as take part in tastings, master classes for children and adults, and enjoy traditional Moldovan cuisine. Asconi has 12 traditional and comfortable guest houses.
Inside the winery is a tourist guesthouse, which consists of 12 rustic cottages (20 rooms), with traditional Moldovan architecture and a thatched roof, made by hand.
