The Parcela Collection is the result of more than a decade of research into the Purcari terroir, paying tribute to the wine's origin. Through an in-depth understanding of geology, soils, exposure, and climate, each wine faithfully expresses the unique character of a single vineyard parcel. Viorica Parcela celebrates one of Moldova's most distinctive native grape varieties through a vibrant and memorable aromatic profile. The bouquet reveals notes of jasmine, orange blossom, and passion fruit, complemented by citrus and tropical nuances. The palate is fresh, harmonious, and elegant, with lively acidity and a delicate texture. Best served at 10–12°C (50–54°F). It pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, fresh salads, soft cheeses, lightly spiced Asian cuisine, white fish, delicate white meats, and light citrus- or tropical fruit-based desserts.
