ATU Winery is the first urban winery in Moldova. It is located in Chisinau. This is the only compnay in Moldova to
produce its own grape seedlings. Therefore, it choses the best clones and guarantees excellent quality of wines. ATU
wines are produced in very small lots, up to 1,000 - 3,000 bottles. The whole process of winemaking is manual, from
harvesting to labeling.
ATU winemakers have revived the Moldovan autochthonous Codrinschii variety.
17 hectares planted with domestic and international varieties: Fetească Albă, Viorica, Fetească Neagră, Cabernet
Sauvignon, Merlot, Gewurztraminer, Codrinschii, Saperavi, Pinot Noir and a few more secrets.
The winery is open for visits and events. At the ATU winery, guests are welcomed by the winemaker, who conducts
tastings and tells about the creation of wine.
