Aproape Sauvignon Blanc & Muscat Ottonel

Aproape Winery is a story of passion and quality. Located in the heart of the Codru wine region, in the village of Hirova, Călărași district, Republic of Moldova, it was founded in 2020 as a continuation of a family tradition. It began with 24 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc, carefully planted with the goal of producing refined, aromatic, and high-quality wines. The vineyard later expanded to include a wide range of varieties: white wines such as Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Riesling Rhein, Viognier, Fetească Regală, and Muscat Ottonel, and red wines such as Fetească Neagră, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. A key milestone in its development was collaboration with a French consultant, who helped improve technological processes and raise production standards using classical French winemaking techniques. The winery’s mission goes beyond wine production, aiming to create a memorable experience where each wine has its own story, body, and aroma, guided by the philosophy “closer to people’s hearts.” Aproape Winery is not just a business, but a story of family, passion, and love for the land and winemaking.
