Sălcuţa is a family-owned wine company located in the southeastern part of Moldova. Vineyards are located at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level. There are many sunny days
and warm evenings. The soils are clayey and sandy.
The terroir of Sălcuţa has both autochthonous varieties – Feteasca Albă, Feteasca Neagră, Viorica, Alb de Onițcani, and international varieties – Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.
The red, rosé and white wines of Sălcuţa surprise with their quality. We recommend trying the Tamaioasa rosé wine. The Epizod
line is noteworthy, with a great potential for aging.
