The Parcela Collection is the result of more than a decade of research into the Purcari terroir, paying tribute to the wine's origin. Through an in-depth understanding of geology, soils, exposure, and climate, each wine faithfully expresses the unique character of a single vineyard parcel. Sauvignon Blanc Parcela captures the pure freshness of this terroir with vibrant aromas of lime, grapefruit, and green currants, complemented by hints of freshly cut grass and citrus notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, supported by lively acidity and delicate minerality that lead to a long, elegant finish. Best served at 10–12°C (50–54°F). An excellent pairing for oysters, mussels in white wine sauce, white fish ceviche, grilled asparagus, citrus salads, and goat cheese. Purcari Parcela – the expression of origin in every wine.
