The Parcela Collection is the result of more than a decade of research into the Purcari terroir, paying tribute to the wine's origin. Through an in-depth understanding of geology, soils, exposure, and climate, each wine faithfully expresses the unique character of a single vineyard parcel. Pinot Grigio Parcela delights with aromas of ripe pear, green apple, and citrus zest, complemented by delicate notes of white flowers and refined minerality. The palate is smooth and harmonious, supported by refreshing acidity and a delicate texture that highlights the wine's elegance and authenticity. Best served at 10–12°C (50–54°F).
