“Mileştii Mici” is a winery with over 50 years of tradition in wine production and aging, located in underground galleries with a total length of approximately 200 km. As a result of limestone extraction, ideal conditions were created for the long-term storage of wines carefully selected from the best vineyards in the country. In 2005, “Mileştii Mici” was registered in the Guinness World Records as having the largest wine collection in the world, with around 1.5 million bottles stored at a depth of 80 meters. Today, the winery specializes in the production, storage, and sale of wines, as well as in wine tourism — a rapidly growing sector driven by the increasing number of visitors.
