The wine is greenish-straw in color. The aroma contains bright notes of ripe pineapple, citrus fruits and wildflowers. The taste is light with crispy sourness.

A small family winery, Mihai Sava Wines are born in the Pojogana vineyards and from the expertise of a passionate oenologist who carefully preserves the old winemaking traditions of Costești village. The winery produces small batches of wines from central Moldova: dry white wines from Sauvignon, Bianca, Floricica, Traminer, and Muscat Ottonel, rosé wines from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as dry red wines made from Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery offers traditional-style tours accompanied by wine tastings.
