The Parcela Collection is the result of more than a decade of research into the Purcari terroir, paying tribute to the wine's origin. Through an in-depth understanding of geology, soils, exposure, and climate, each wine faithfully expresses the unique character of a single vineyard parcel. Chardonnay Parcela showcases the harmony between terroir and time, revealing aromas of Golden apples and ripe peaches, complemented by delicate notes of white flowers, butter, and vanilla. Its rich, creamy texture is balanced by refreshing acidity, preserving the wine's elegance and vibrancy. Best served at 10–12°C (50–54°F). It pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, grilled salmon, creamy pasta, truffle risotto, delicate white meats, and both soft and aged cheeses.
