The cocoons - that's what the world called the wives of the nobles. Because of the pompous outfits and origins often
foreigners (Constantin Mimi and his sisters were Greek, while his wife, Gulzade, was Armenian), the nobility
from Bessarabia was often perceived by the native population as an allogeneic element.
Given this historical detail we decided to create a blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris, two of the most
elegant international varieties, which have managed to find their second home on Moldovan soil.
A blend of the color of a wheat ear, with slight greenish reflections. It starts with sweet floral aromas.
The taste offers juicy sensations of apple and pear, with a slight citrus tinge. It has a round and full body. Post
the taste is complex and lasting.
Serve with salads, soft cheese platters and sea fish.
