Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were collected manually in the wine farm in the village of Ciumai, in the south of the Republic of Moldova. The 25-year-old vine is located right next to the winery. Fermentation is done with natural yeasts, partly with selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurs without the intervention of the winemaker. The wine is not filtered, nor was the color stabilized.
