Sparkling wine obtained by fermentation and maturation on select yeasts, for a minimum of 9 months, with permanent monitoring and control of the production process. The sparkling wine is distinguished by a pale pink color, a complex bouquet with accents of berries, currant, wild strawberry and raspberry. It overwhelms the taste buds with a refreshing, velvety and fruity taste that goes into a long and fresh aftertaste. Goes well with salmon, tuna, seafood, soft and semi-hard mature cheeses or as an aperitif.
