Blended sparkling wine obtained by fermentation and maturation on select yeasts, for a minimum of 9 months, with permanent monitoring and control of the production process. The sparkling wine has a yellow-golden color with green reflections in the edges, a bouquet with intense notes of white and candied fruits combined with accents of roasted hazelnuts and fresh butter. It conquers you with a complex taste and creamy texture, enhanced by licorice aromas and spicy spices. It goes well with seafood, fish, summer salads or as an aperitif.
