This sparkling wine was created by the secondary fermentation of the blend of wines from Chardonnay, Feteasca Regala and Riesling grapes.
The aroma is quite complex and expressive, rich in apples and lemons, then easily complemented by fresh bread. The full taste,
creamy and complex from the beginning, returns at the end, slowly evolving, where notes of nuts are felt.
