Our diamond is the Adamant sparkling wine, that spends at least 60 months waiting for those who will
discover it. 60 months represent 1827 days, and the year 1827 is the genesis of Purcari in winemaking
history.
60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir
Crystalline appearance, straw-yellow color with delicate and complex aromas with hints of citrus fruits
and flowers. The taste is dry and acidic, with a fine and persistent effervescence. Shades of green apples
or pears can be felt, as well as subtle hints of hazelnut.
Obtained by the classic method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle for over 60 months, the
sparkling wine has an aging potential of 10 years.
